BoatShortlist is an appointment-booking service for boat buyers. We make it simple to browse marine inventory from partner dealers and lock in an in-person dealer visit in minutes — no app, no spam, no pressure.

The service is operated by Exactius LLC DBA BoatShortlist, a New York limited liability company headquartered at 292 Hicks St, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Exactius LLC builds and operates the BoatShortlist platform, handles scheduling, and sends appointment-related SMS notifications on behalf of our partner marine dealers.

We connect prospective buyers with partner marine dealers so they can see, walk, and ask questions about real boats — the part of the buying process that actually matters. We don't sell or finance boats ourselves; the dealers own their inventory and every sale is between you and your selected dealer.

When you book, our system texts you a booking confirmation, a 24-hour reminder, and day-of dock logistics so your visit goes smoothly. That's the entire purpose of our text messaging program — appointments only, never marketing.
