BoatShortlist, operated by Exactius LLC, helps you browse marine inventory from partner dealers and book in-person dealer visits. We facilitate scheduling; the dealers own their inventory and sales.
2. Booking
Booking a visit is free and you may cancel at any time. Information you provide must be accurate.
3. SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Exactius LLC DBA BoatShortlist. You may receive booking confirmations, reminders, and day-of visit logistics. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. For support, contact support@boatshortlist.com.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for dealer conduct, inventory accuracy, or transactions between you and a dealer.
